Requirements:

1) Please submit a request and have it approved before event date.

2) Please meet with Bytes before each event. The meeting will make sure we deliver everything you expect, and avoid any miscommunications. In-person meeting is preferred. Reach out to Dustin Nick on Teams after submitting your request.

3) Please details confirmed before sending invitations to your guests.

How much notice is needed:

up to 50 people: 2 weeks notice
50-100 people: 3 weeks notice
100-200 people: 4 weeks notice
200+ people: 8 weeks notice

NEW: "THE EASY WAY" - $7
An affordable option to host lunch or dinner during normal business hours. This will include the food already available on the daily menu + any fountain drink, tea, coffee.You'll be eating the food of the day, not custom food items. Please specify in the PO if you want a reserved area in Bytes.

This is the best option for casual meetings and training events. Location in Bytes cafe only. For 1-30 people. - $7/person, add the Bytes Choc Chip Cookie for $1/person.

• Eg 1: You have training event and are looking for the most cost effective way to provide lunch.

• Eg 2: You are treating a guest speaker for lunch and want to eat onsite for an affordable price.

• Make a suggestion! Although this option only contains the pre-determined daily food options, you are welcome to make a request or make a suggestion in the PO asking for a daily menu item, and we'll do our best to make it that day. This makes most sense for larger groups with requests far in advance.

Depending on the request, we may need to meet in order to work out exact details and pricing. Usually, for big events, we work together with you to come up with a plan/menu/pricing that works for you!
